I fell in love with Sambuc® during a day spent harvesting elderflowers, and I did everything I could to take over this artisan business. Creating a product from start to finish, mastering the entire process, and feeling passionate about a product that has meaning: that’s what guided my career change.
Coming from a marketing background in the Toulouse region, nothing predestined me to take over an artisanal business. And yet, after Covid-19, a child and a skills assessment, it was this business that was keeping me awake at night!
Two years of preparation for the takeover, but also of coordinating my professional and personal life, culminated in July 2023 with the purchase of the business. The result: no regrets, just plans for the future!
